Order processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping times Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location and the item. Some products ship from partner warehouses and may arrive separately or take a little longer during busy periods.

Shipping rates Shipping is calculated at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $35.

Tracking Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delays Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other events outside our control — but if something looks wrong, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Wrong or damaged items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at furellapets@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
