We want you and your pet to love your order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible: items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return: email us at furellapets@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to do, and we'll walk you through the next steps.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
